Nordica Hotel was one of the best hotels that I stayed in Europe, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was very comfortable, clean and fairly large. Most of all, the tours were amazing and provided me with a good overview of Iceland, especially the glaciers and the mountain tours. It was worth spending the extra money on super jeep tours as these tours are more personalized and challenging.
Lastly thanks for the use of the mobile phone....this really came in handy when I needed to contact the tour guides for additional tours, and also save me a lot on my hotel bill. I returned the phone to the reception desk at the hotel with your company name on it I tried to contact you on my last day but you were off that day, so one of the staff advised me to return the phone to the hotel reception.

I recently (July) took a vacation in Iceland booked through Iceland Visitor and had a fantastic time. When I was looking into going to Iceland I had to decide which company to use to arrange our trip. I found Iceland Visitor online and liked some of their packages so I contacted them. Because I had never heard of the company, I initially was concerned about what we would get for our money. However, I can honestly say that I recommend them 100%. From the beginning Jón Gunnar was incredibly responsive to my questions and requests and arranged a tour that was exactly what we asked for. Once we arrived in Iceland everything we needed was taken care of and our trip was perfect. Iceland Visitor and Jón Gunnar were available during the trip to make any last minute changes or answer any questions we had. It turns out, once you get to Reykjavik you will see that Iceland Visitor has a large presence with a big tourist center/office. Again, I strongly encourage you to book your trip through Iceland Visitor, you won't regret it. As for Iceland itself, it was simply amazing and I am already planning a return visit. Exotic Hideaways - Honeymoon
We have had a fabulous holiday, especially the drive up to and staying at the Budir - it is simply a devine hotel, with lovely food and service, and our room was gorgeous ( we can't wait to come back. We also loved, Hotel Anna and the lovely dogs and hot tub etc. The Hotelier Johanson is a great cook and gave us a warm welcome, the room and the reception area was lovely.
and the Centrum, a very classic modern hotel - we have enjoyed those hotel immensely and it is a nice contrast. The Geyser Chalet was also nice, our spa bath was not working but the view from the chalet, and the lovely restaurant made up for it.
Our supertruck tour was awesome and Lulu our driver is a really nice guy, we also loved the blue lagoon, allbeit in heavy snow!
We could not go dog sledding on friday so have stayed over at Vik today and have rearranged for 2pm today so we won't get the chance to say goodbye and drop the phone off. We will leave it at the Hotel Centrum reception.
I have relly enjoyed the holiday, and so has Mat. We hope to return soon as we can imagine the summer walks in the mountains will be wonderful, everything is so clean and the Icelanders so very friendly.

May I in the strongest and kindest way possible ask to you pass on my and my families thanks to your driver on Sunday – “Halli”- Harold – He was a magnificent guide, very safe driver and a credit to not just your company but to your country. With his help we had a most WONDERUL day exploring the glaciers and the countryside of Iceland and we even also managed the snowmobiles which capped it all – the only problem we had was the mist and fog on the glacier meant we had no views so guess what???? We’re coming back sometime again (soon I hope) to do it again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you both for everything you did to make our family vacation a success. We had the most wonderful time in Iceland last month.
Jonsi, we really appreciated your help in selecting the appropriate package. "Express Iceland" was perfect for us: we felt like we got a great overview of your spectacularly beautiful country, and we got to experience every kind of weather imaginable :) We were very happy with all of our hotel accommodations, and we wish we could have stayed even longer.
Jon, you gave us tons of great advice and suggestions. We're so glad we made it to the Skogar Folk Museum (we met Mr. Thomasson, by the way, and he said that your grandmother was a great lady and one of his closest friends). We spent tons of time photographing icebergs at Jokulsarlon, just like you said we would. We weren't able to catch up with Peter, the chef in Myvatn. However, we did meet his step-brother, Konstantin, who took great care of us. It was Konstantin who told us that as well as being a
fabulous tour planner and guide, you are also an excellent musician! Myvatn was also where we experienced one of the highlights of the trip: Reykjahlid's hot springs. That was fantastic -- much better, we're sure, than the commercialized Blue Lagoon.
Of course, the other highlight of the trip was the delicious lobster pick-me-up at the Seafood Cellar in Reykjavik! We loved every bite!
